What to Expect in DANCERCISE?
While Exercise is boring, Dancing to hit music that we are familiar with is FUN.
So putting them together –
DANCERCISE - Healthy Minds – Healthy Bodies – Healthy Lives.
Wildly imitated but never duplicated, routines are choreographed to current hits from (B,T,H)ollywood. With its fresh moves,
new music and pure motivation this will be a FUN FILLED WORKOUT where we will focus on jacking up the heart rate and energy
level while having FUN with some smash hit music and of-course bid adieu to those extra FLABS.
Don't know how to dance?
No worries! The dance moves are basic and easy to follow and our instructors will ensure you never miss a beat with their
step-by-step instruction. Plus treat this a party where you are invited to shake a leg. No peer pressure no competition.
Who Should take this class?
Anybody who Loves moving to MUSIC but dislikes the regular treadmills and gym stuff.
Who Should Not take this class?
If your doctor has advised you not to do intense physical activity this session is not for you.
